Hello and welcome back to the blog this week! Once again sorry for the lack of posts. Over the last two weeks, I have been trying to work through a range of projects, including tying up one that I have been overseeing for a year, so posts just had to fall to the bottom of the ever important to do list. This week is set to be full of new inspiration and the start of new projects too, hooray! Although the work continues and things are busy, I can't complain and feel blessed that my plate is full and that my business is growing.
Okay - enough of that...and onto today's post featuring the May issue of Country Living. In South Africa we always seem to be a bit behind with magazines - always a month or so, unless you get them on your iPad or tablet. I don't mind this however, I love buying the printed version as I still love the feel of paper and the excitement of leafing through a brand new, crisp copy!
The May issue of Country Living is a particularly lovely one and it's their Bargain Issue, which is full of thrifty ideas. I love the industrial feel of those metal cabinets, updated in a bold yellow or the metal filing cabinet on the cover, offering some pastel 'prettyness'! If you are after something like this, check out what Vamp has on offer or why not start thrifting for a make-over project of your own. The seeds from the Balcony Garden are also a lovely find - look at that packaging!
Happy Monday and have a splendid and amazing week!
